With over seven years of experience running early intervention therapies and a team of 40+ therapists, Ability Advocacy offers structured, multidisciplinary support. Role Description This is a full time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs, and design individualized therapy plans to improve daily living skills, social participation, and academic readiness.



Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions, documenting progress, collaborating with families, educators, and other therapists, and adjusting interventions based on ongoing evaluation. The role also involves contributing to early intervention programs, integrating technology-enabled tools where appropriate, and participating in case discussions and team meetings to ensure coordinated care.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention for children with developmental and sensory needs.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Pediatrics and Medicine relevant to child development, neurodevelopmental conditions, and early intervention practices.
