ABOUT COMPANY
Hiring for a premium men’s accessories brand, creating distinctive pieces for festive, wedding and occasion wear. We are looking for a commercially sharp Marketplace Advertising Specialist to strengthen product visibility, scale sales and improve advertising profitability across our marketplace business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Plan, execute, optimise and scale performance advertising across Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart and other relevant marketplaces.
· Manage sponsored product, display, brand, retargeting and marketplace-led promotional campaigns.
· Monitor ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, impressions, keyword performance and sales on a daily basis.
· Build marketplace-specific advertising plans for launches, festive and wedding seasons, sale events and evergreen products.
· Conduct keyword, competitor, category, pricing and search-term analysis to improve discoverability and conversion.
· Optimise budgets, bids, search terms, product targeting and placements to deliver profitable growth.
· Partner with catalogue, creative,



inventory and operations teams to align listings, images, stock, pricing and offers with campaign goals.
· Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights, actions taken and next-step growth plans; coordinate with marketplace account managers on platform opportunities.
DESIRED PROFILE
· 3–5 years of hands-on marketplace advertising experience, ideally with fashion, accessories, lifestyle or D2C brands.
· Strong working knowledge of Amazon Ads, Myntra advertising tools, Flipkart Ads and marketplace campaign structures.
· Proven ability to scale revenue and visibility while improving ROAS and maintaining advertising efficiency.
· Robust analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability and confidence working with performance data.
· Commercial understanding of margins, discounting, inventory, promotions and product-level profitability.
