About the Role We are seeking a technically sharp and proactive Customer Support Intern to serve as the first line of defense for our institutional and investor clients. This is an Internship cum PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) role designed for B.Tech graduates who thrive at the intersection of software, financial technology, and client operations.

During the internship, you will master our product architecture, resolve complex technical queries, and streamline client workflows. Top performers will be considered for a full-time Pre-Placement Offer within our growing Operations and Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical, product, and data-related issues raised by clients via chat, email, and ticketing systems.
Issue Triage & Escalation: Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams; translate client issues into transparent, actionable technical tickets for Product and Engineering.
Client Onboarding & Support: Assist with initial product setup, API integrations,



and technical guidance to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Documentation: Create and maintain internal knowledge bases, technical FAQs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize support workflows.
CRM & Product Feedback Loop: Manage client logs in the CRM system, identify recurring technical bugs or feature requests, and help shape our product roadmap.

What You’ll Bring

Education: B.Tech / B.E. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline (Recent Graduates / Final Year Students).
Technical Aptitude: Understanding of APIs, SQL/database queries, web architecture, and basic scripting (Python/JavaScript is a plus).
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with an ability to break down complex, multi-layered technical problems logically.
Communication: Clear, concise, and structured written and verbal communication skills with robust client empathy.
