Role Description

We are looking for a Quality Engineer for a full-time, in office opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in building experience across quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing quality, process improvement, compliance, documentation, and plant operations.

The Quality Engineer will work closely with production, process, maintenance, laboratory,



engineering, and operations teams to ensure products and manufacturing processes meet defined quality, safety, and performance standards.

Qualifications

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, Industrial, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, production, process engineering, laboratory operations, or compliance can apply.
Candidates from food processing, FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, engineering, agro-processing, starch, packaging, consumer goods, or other manufacturing industries are welcome.
Basic to good understanding of quality systems, manufacturing processes, inspection, testing, and process control.
Knowledge of CAPA, root cause analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone Analys
