Role Description This is a full-time remote Telecaller role. The Telecaller will handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers, provide product information, and respond to inquiries in a clear and professional manner. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features, resolving basic issues, updating customer records, and following up on leads and pending queries. The role also involves maintaining call logs, adhering to scripts and compliance guidelines, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information and timely support.



The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with call systems and CRMs, meeting call targets, and delivering a positive customer experience.
