Role Description The Telesales Representative role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients, present company services, and generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.



Daily tasks include understanding client requirements, explaining exhibition stall design and execution solutions, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate call and sales records in the CRM system. The Telesales Representative will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, schedule meetings or presentations for field staff, and provide regular updates on call outcomes and pipeline status. The role also involves handling basic customer queries, ensuring a positive customer experience, and meeting defined call, conversion, and revenue targets.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal expression, active listening, and the ability to explain solutions confidently over the phone.
