Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Engineer role based in Jaipur. The Industrial Engineer will analyze production workflows, assess capacity, and identify bottlenecks to improve efficiency in carpet manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include designing and implementing process improvements, optimizing layout and material flow, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives for quality, cost, and delivery performance. The role involves close collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams, preparing data-driven reports,



and recommending technical solutions to enhance productivity and resource utilization. The Industrial Engineer will also support standard operating procedures, safety practices, and the adoption of best-in-class industrial engineering methods.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to production environments.
Proficient Analytical Skills for data collection, time-and-motion studies, root-cause analysis, and performance measurement.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting technical findings in a clear, practical manner.
Experience with Process Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
