Role Description The Prepress Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing all prepress activities from artwork receipt to final print-ready files, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with customer specifications and production requirements. Daily tasks include reviewing and preflighting incoming files, coordinating with graphic arts teams, preparing and approving proofs, and resolving technical issues that may impact print quality or production timelines.



The Prepress Coordinator will liaise closely with printing operations, sales, and customer service to manage job schedules, communicate status updates, and support timely, high-quality delivery of packaging materials. The role also involves maintaining prepress documentation, adhering to quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement of prepress workflows and tools.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Pre-press and Preflight processes, including file preparation, color management, and proofing.
Candidates should possess skills in Printing and Graphic Arts, with an understanding of flexible packaging production, substrates, and print technologies.
