Finance Manager – Finance, Treasury, Compliance & Debt

Qualification
CA / CS mandatory; preferably CA.
3–7 years of relevant experience.
Experience in NBFC, fintech, lending, EV financing, startup finance or financial services preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Control
Own day-to-day accounting, month-end closure and reconciliations.
Ensure accurate books, GST/TDS and statutory accounting.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and CS.
Strengthen financial controls and ensure timely closure of accounts.

2. MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, balance sheet and management dashboards.
Track revenue, margins, expenses, collections, receivables/payables and profitability.
Prepare lender/investor financial reports and periodic management updates.

3. Cash Flow & Financial Planning
Own weekly/monthly cash-flow forecasting.
Prepare working-capital requirements and funding plans.
Track actual vs. budget and proactively highlight cash-flow risks.
Build and maintain financial models and 3-year projections.

Debt Fundraising & Treasury
Support debt fundraising, term loans, working-capital facilities and credit lines.
Prepare lender MIS, financial models, data rooms and credit proposals.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, DFIs and debt funds.
Track sanctions, disbursements, repayments, interest, utilisation and covenants.
Maintain a central debt tracker covering lender, facility, limit, outstanding, pricing, tenure, repayment and security.

5. Compliance
Own finance and corporate compliance calendar and ensure timely completion of all filings.
Coordinate GST, TDS, ROC/MCA, income tax, audit and other statutory compliances.
Ensure compliance with applicable requirements relating to HeyEV's LSP/financing partnerships and lender arrangements.
Maintain proper documentation for agreements, board approvals, lender requirements and statutory records.
Coordinate with external legal, tax, audit and compliance advisors.
