Lead the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, quarterly reviews, annual appraisals, and performance calibration.
Partner with business leaders to align individual and team goals with organizational objectives.
Monitor performance trends, identify high-potential employees, and support succession planning initiatives.
Drive Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and capability-building interventions across functions.
Design and coordinate learning, training, and leadership development programs to address skill and competency gaps.

2. Organization Culture & Employee Engagement
Champion Infinium’s culture of ownership, collaboration, integrity, and high performance.
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, leadership connect sessions, and culture-building activities.
Conduct employee feedback mechanisms such as pulse surveys, focus groups, and engagement assessments.
Partner with leaders to enhance employee experience and strengthen organizational effectiveness.




Drive internal communication initiatives that reinforce company values, vision, and business priorities.

3. Strategic HR Business Partnering
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters, organizational challenges, and workforce planning.
Provide insights on employee productivity, retention, engagement, and team effectiveness.
Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation programs.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend proactive people strategies.

4. Team Leadership – Recruitment & HR Operations
Lead and mentor the Recruitment and HR Operations teams to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
Review workforce requirements and recruitment plans to ensure timely talent acquisition.
