Role Description As an Assistant Team Lead (Counseling) at Compare Degree, you will support and guide a counseling team that assists students in evaluating and comparing higher education options. In this full-time, in office role based in Noida, you will oversee day-to-day counseling operations, ensure that advisors provide accurate and empathetic guidance, and help maintain high service standards. You will collaborate with team members to design and refine counseling processes,



monitor performance metrics, and provide feedback and training to improve student interactions. Daily responsibilities include coordinating schedules, handling escalated queries, ensuring consistent use of platform tools, and working closely with management to align counseling practices with organizational goals. You will also contribute to student outreach initiatives, help refine communication materials, and support continuous improvement of the counseling experience.
Qualifications

Experience in academic counseling, student advisory, career guidance, or a related field, preferably in an edtech or education environment.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills, including the ability to mentor, motivate, and support counseling staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on clear, empathetic, and student-centered interactions.
