Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and guiding prospects through the sales process. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential clients, presenting product offerings and design options, preparing quotations and proposals,



and coordinating with design and fabrication teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining CRM records, assisting in sales planning and forecasting, and providing post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction. The Assistant Sales Manager is expected to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in sales, client relationship management, and business development within a design, construction, or manufacturing environment.
Ability to understand technical and aesthetic aspects of gate design and fabrication, and communicate these effectively to clients.
Competence in using CRM or sales tracking tools, preparing proposals and quotations, and managing basic contract documentation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with divers
