Role Description

The Project Support Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of interior and fit-out projects. The coordinator will assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and status tracking, ensuring that project milestones, materials, and resources are organized and monitored effectively. Daily tasks include preparing reports,



maintaining project files, coordinating communication between design, engineering, site teams, and vendors, and following up on action items to keep projects on schedule. The role also involves providing administrative support, such as arranging meetings, updating project dashboards, and handling basic data entry and correspondence. The Project Support Coordinator will contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, supporting quality checks, and helping ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
