Role Description The Duty Manager is a full time, on-site role located in Vijay Nagar, responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring smooth functioning across departments. This role includes supervising front office activities, monitoring guest check-in and check-out processes, and resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally. The Duty Manager coordinates with housekeeping, food and beverage, security,



and maintenance teams to maintain service standards and operational efficiency. They ensure compliance with brand guidelines, safety procedures, and service quality, while supporting staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback. The Duty Manager also assists with revenue and occupancy monitoring, manages escalations, and represents hotel management during assigned shifts.
