The Role
We're looking for a Video Editor to join our creative team and take ownership of video content across Instagram, YouTube, paid advertising, product education and brand campaigns.
This is not just an editing role. You should be able to take a brief and raw footage and conceptualise the edit itself : understand what the video needs to communicate, decide how the footage should be structured, establish the pacing and visual treatment, and take the edit through to the final output.
What You'll Do :
Conceptualise video edits based on the brief, footage and objective.
Understand how an edit should work across different formats and platforms.
Find the strongest moments within raw footage and build a clear narrative.
Edit founder-led, creator, UGC,



product, lifestyle, interview and campaign content.
Handle pacing, sequencing, music, sound, colour and visual treatment.
Create motion graphics, typography, titles and simple animations where required.
Adapt edits for Instagram, YouTube and paid advertising.
Work closely with the content, creative, design and marketing teams.
Manage multiple projects and keep footage, assets and project files organised.
What We're Looking For :
Robust command of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
Working knowledge of After Effects or another motion graphics tool is a plus.
Strong understanding of editing, pacing, composition, sound, colour and visual storytelling.
Ability to work from a brief and make independent editing decisions.
Understanding of content formats across Instagram, YouTube and paid media.
Good attention to detail and a strong eye for visual quality.
