Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage key HR operations and contribute to building efficient people practices for Socommerz and its associated startups. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering HR policies and procedures, coordinating employee benefits, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The role also involves assisting in performance management processes, handling employee queries, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. This is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring close collaboration with leadership and teams across the organization.




Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) knowledge, including core HR concepts and practices.
Candidates should possess HR Management skills, such as overseeing HR operations and supporting organizational HR initiatives.
Candidates should possess experience with HR Policies, including development, implementation, and compliance monitoring.
Candidates should possess understanding of Employee Benefits, including administration, communication, and documentation.
Candidates should possess Personnel Management skills, including maintaining employee records and supporting lifecycle HR processes.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a startup and multi-stakeholder environment.
