Role Description The Assistant Manager for Operations & Logistics is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This position supports day-to-day transport operations, including planning and scheduling vehicle routes, coordinating drivers and fleet usage, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of services. The role involves monitoring logistics performance, resolving operational issues, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with internal teams and clients, assist in optimizing processes and costs,



and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Strong operations and logistics coordination skills, including fleet management, route planning, and scheduling.
Ability to handle documentation, reporting, and basic data analysis to track performance and support decision-making.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with drivers, internal teams, and clients.
Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and respond to issues promptly.
Proficiency with common office and logistics-related software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, routing or tracking systems).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in transportation, logistics, or operations in a similar environment will be an advantage.
