Role Description The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, helping to drive organizational priorities, streamline decision-making, and ensure effective execution of key initiatives.



This full-time, hybrid role is based in Noida, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional projects, preparing executive briefings and reports, managing leadership meeting agendas and follow-ups, and improving internal processes for efficiency and alignment. The Chief of Staff will facilitate communication between teams, monitor progress on strategic goals, and identify risks or bottlenecks that may impact delivery and growth. The role also involves supporting fundraising, investor relations, and external partnerships as needed, ensuring that leadership has the insights and support required to scale AirBuddy Aerospace’s technology and operations.
