Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Associate to help us build and manage our customer pipeline.

This is a client-facing role involving interaction with homeowners / brokers / builder CRMs who are considering interior design, renovation or full-home execution. The Sales Associate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining the Open Homes offering,



following up with prospective clients and helping move opportunities from an initial enquiry to a project discussion and closure.

The role will involve a mix of lead management, outbound outreach, customer conversations, site visits and coordination with the founders and design/execution teams.

Key Responsibilities
Speak with prospective customers and understand their property, requirements, budget, timelines and design preferences.
Explain Open Homes' services, packages, sourcing capabilities and execution model clearly and confidently.
Manage leads received through the website, Instagram, referrals, brokers and other marketing channels.
Proactively follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Coordinate and participate in customer meetings and property/site visits.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups and sales progress.
Work closely with the founders to prepare quotations, proposals and relevant material for customer discussions.
