Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in Bharuch. This role is responsible for supporting daily sales activities, including coordinating orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate sales records. The Sales Coordinator communicates with customers and internal teams to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and orders. The role involves preparing sales reports, assisting in sales planning, and supporting sales operations processes to help the sales team meet targets.



The Sales Coordinator also collaborates with marketing and logistics to ensure smooth execution of promotions and product availability.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage orders, documentation, and internal workflows.
Demonstrated ability in Sales and Customer Service to handle inquiries, build relationships, and support revenue growth.
Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.
Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel), CRM or sales tracking tools, and basic data reporting.
Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Experience in FMCG, homeware, or related consumer products sectors is an advantage.
Preferred educational background: bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
