Role Description The Business Development Manager role at Battery Dost is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and managing strategic partnerships, and expanding Battery Dost’s battery swapping network among fleet operators, OEMs, and other stakeholders in the EV ecosystem.



The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, develop go-to-market plans, manage the sales pipeline, and negotiate commercial agreements. Day-to-day activities include meeting prospective clients, preparing proposals and presentations, collaborating with internal teams on pricing and operations, and tracking performance metrics to drive growth. The role also involves representing Battery Dost at industry events and providing feedback to product and operations teams to refine offerings.
