We are currently looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives.

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Mani Casadona, Rajarhat, Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site
Experience: 0–2 Years (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Working Days: Tuesday – Sunday
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound calling, digital outreach, and other business development activities.
• Engage with prospective students to understand their career goals and recommend suitable learning programs.
• Manage the complete admissions sales cycle, from initial interaction to successful enrollment.




• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to maximize conversion rates and maintain strong relationships.
• Execute outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility and support business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Achieve individual sales and admission targets in a performance-driven environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for learners.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is preferred.
