Role Description This is a full time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Kakori. The Civil Engineer will contribute to the planning, design, and execution of real estate development projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, performing site assessments, coordinating with architects and construction teams, and supporting project scheduling and budgeting.



The role also involves designing and evaluating infrastructure elements such as foundations, drainage, and site grading, and addressing stormwater management requirements. The Civil Engineer will monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues on-site, and support quality assurance to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within specifications.
Qualifications

Civil Engineering fundamentals: Civil Engineering, Civil Engineers, and practical understanding of structural and infrastructure systems.
Project and site planning: Planning skills for site layout, phasing of work, and coordination with multidisciplinary project teams.
Water and environmental systems: Stormwater Management and related drainage design and analysis capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and local regulations.
Proficiency with common civil engineering
