Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for Business Development Executives, based in Nashik with some flexibility to work from home. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients for residential and commercial projects.



Responsibilities include engaging with prospects, conducting property presentations, managing client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups. Business Development Executives will collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with available projects, support negotiation and closure of deals, and contribute to local marketing and outreach activities. The role requires regular field visits within Nashik, client meetings, and participation in events or campaigns that drive brand visibility and sales performance.
Qualifications
Ability to drive New Business Development, including identifying opportunities and nurturing them into long-term relationships.
