Role Description This is a full time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Mumbai. The Travel Consultant will interact with clients to understand their travel needs, recommend suitable destinations and itineraries, and provide guidance on budgets, schedules, and travel options. Daily tasks include planning and managing travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries, coordinating transportation and accommodation, and handling reservations and ticketing.



The role involves responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering proactive customer service before, during, and after trips. The Travel Consultant will also maintain accurate records of bookings, work with travel partners and vendors, and stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and offers to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design itineraries and oversee end-to-end trip planning.
Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to coordinate bookings for transportation, accommodation, and related services.
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to interact with clients, manage inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
