About the Role
KEDMAN SkillEd India Foundation is looking for a CSR Partnerships & Fundraising Manager to drive CSR fundraising and build solid corporate partnerships that create meaningful social impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach CSR donors, corporates, and foundations.
- Build and manage a strong fundraising pipeline to achieve funding targets.
- Develop CSR proposals, concept notes, presentations and budgets.
- Pitch projects and convert prospects into funding partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with CSR heads and corporate stakeholders.
- Manage donor follow-ups, communication, reporting, and documentation.
- Track leads, proposals, and fundraising progress through CRM.




- Identify new CSR opportunities aligned with skill development and employment.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships or business development.
- Robust understanding of the CSR ecosystem and corporate funding landscape.
- Proven fundraising, lead generation and conversion skills.
- Excellent communication, pitching, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with robust follow-up capabilities.
