Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for TBEA’s products and solutions in the Indian market, with a focus on energy and electrical equipment.



Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with key customers and channel partners, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves coordinating with internal technical and project teams to ensure accurate solutions, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments, provide regular sales forecasts and reports, and contribute to long-term business planning.
