Role Description The Speaker – Corporate HR for the Nari Shakti 3.0 Health Summit will serve as a volunteer contributing to on-site events in Delhi, India. In this role, the speaker will prepare and deliver sessions or talks on corporate HR topics such as inclusive workplace policies, employee well-being, gender equity, and organizational support for women’s health.



Day-to-day responsibilities around the summit may include collaborating with the organizing team to define session objectives, developing presentation materials, participating in panel discussions, and engaging with attendees to answer questions and share best practices. The speaker may also help strengthen partnerships with corporate stakeholders, contribute insights to post-event reports, and support ongoing initiatives that connect HR practices with women’s health and empowerment.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in corporate HR, including areas such as policy development, employee relations, diversity, equity and inclusion, or learning and development.
Strong public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate complex HR and health-related topics clearly and respectfully to diverse audiences.
Background or interest in women’s health, empowerment, or social impact initiatives, ideally with prior engagement in community
