Role Description The POSP (Point of Sales Person) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Raipur district. The POSP will educate customers on suitable life and general insurance products, explain key features, benefits, and exclusions, and assist them in comparing multiple plans.



The role involves generating leads, meeting prospective clients, collecting necessary information and documents, and supporting customers through the proposal and issuance process. The POSP will use BCIBL’s digital tools and portals for quote generation, policy comparison, and transaction tracking, while maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales. The role also includes providing after-sales service, addressing customer queries, and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards.
Qualifications

Ability to understand and explain life and general insurance products, including term, health/mediclaim, car, and travel insurance.
Robust customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
Basic sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
