Role Description The Architect Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the design and optimization of rental-related spaces and systems.



Day-to-day tasks include assisting in architectural design concepts, preparing basic drawings and layouts, and contributing to space planning for various types of properties listed on the platform. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user and business requirements, support integration of architectural considerations into digital tools, and help document design standards and guidelines. Responsibilities also include participating in project coordination, attending virtual meetings, conducting basic research on architectural trends and regulations, and contributing ideas to improve the user experience and property presentation.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge in Architecture and Architectural Design to support space planning, layout development, and design documentation.
