Role Description The Senior Production Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes in a healthcare-related manufacturing environment. This role involves planning and managing daily production activities, coordinating resources, and ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Senior Production Engineer monitors production performance, analyzes data to identify bottlenecks or defects,



and implements process improvements and cost-saving measures. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, supervising production staff, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining documentation and compliance with internal and external guidelines. The role also requires mentoring junior team members, supporting audits, and contributing to long-term production strategy and capacity planning.
Qualifications
