Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with schools, colleges, gated communities, and corporate clients in Bengaluru South. This full-time, on-site role involves generating leads, conducting client meetings, presenting service offerings, and negotiating contracts to expand 4CHAMPZ’s coaching programs. The manager will maintain strong relationships with existing partners, gather feedback,



and coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Day-to-day tasks include market research, pipeline management, sales reporting, and collaboration with operations and coaching teams to align offerings with client needs.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
Experience with lead generation, cold outreach, and presenting solutions to institutional and corporate clients.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic growth plans.
Prior experience in education, sports management, training services, or related sectors is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
