Candidate Requirements:
Location: Bhubaneswar
Mobility: Must own a personal two-wheeler (bike) for office errands, vendor visits, and local operational tasks.
Education: Graduate in any discipline with 2–3 years of experience in Administration, Store, or Inventory Management.
Professional Attributes: Strong communication skills, high ethical standards, good organizational ability, and a presentable, professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
Facility & Administration Management: Ensure the office remains clean, organized,



and fully operational. Coordinate housekeeping, office maintenance, stationery, and utility requirements. Support day-to-day administrative activities and vendor coordination.
Store & Inventory Control: Act as the custodian of all office and project materials. Maintain accurate inward/outward stock records and inventory registers. Monitor stock levels and proactively report shortages for timely procurement
Operational Keyholder: Take responsibility for opening and closing the office and store premises. Safeguard office, store, and asset keys with complete accountability. Ensure office readiness from 9:00 AM until daily closing.
Client & Stakeholder Relations: Receive visitors and clients professionally while maintaining office etiquette. Coordinate with management, vendors, and corporate clients for administrative support. Represent the organization with professionalism during all interactions.
