What we're looking for
1. A standout portfolio / showreel — this matters more than anything on paper
2. Advanced video editing — Premiere Pro, After Effects (motion graphics a robust plus), DaVinci Resolve or CapCut Pro
3. Strong graphic design — Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or Canva
4. A sharp eye for composition, typography, colour, pacing and storytelling
5. Hands-on with AI creative tools for image and video generation/editing
6. Ability to take a brief and elevate it — not just execute it
7. Speed and consistency under real deadlines
