We’re building the Arth Advisory brand and are looking for an early-career Digital Marketing & SEO Associate who wants genuine hands-on experience helping grow a skilled services business.
The Opportunity
This is a remote, hands-on role with significant opportunity to learn.
You’ll work directly on Arth Advisory’s digital presence, helping us build visibility, improve search performance, develop content and grow our presence across digital channels.
Rather than working on one small component within a large marketing department, you’ll get exposure to the full process of building a B2B brand and digital acquisition engine.
What You’ll Work On
SEO strategy and execution




Keyword and competitor research
Website SEO and content optimisation
LinkedIn and social media content
Content planning and creation
Website performance and analytics
Building organic search visibility
Identifying backlink and partnership opportunities
Supporting email and digital campaigns
Researching potential audiences and markets
Using AI and modern marketing tools to improve productivity
Tracking performance and recommending improvements
Who We’re Looking For
You may be a recent graduate, early in your career, or someone looking to build practical digital marketing experience.
We’re more interested in your ability to learn, execute and take ownership than the number of years on your CV.
You’ll ideally have some understanding of:
Digital marketing
SEO
Social media
Content creation
Google Analytics and/or Search Console
Canva or similar tools
AI tools such as ChatGPT
Basic website or CMS management
