Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Indore. The Field Sales Executive will identify and approach prospective clients, conduct in-person meetings, and present Think Rich Coaching’s programs and services in a clear and compelling manner. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, giving product demonstrations, and building long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients. The role involves visiting client locations,



maintaining accurate records of sales activities, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. The Field Sales Executive will work towards defined sales targets, provide market feedback, and actively represent the brand at events, seminars, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Robust sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in conducting face-to-face client meetings and presentations.
Basic understanding of coaching, training, or education services, with the ability to learn program details quickly.
Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and visits efficiently.
Comfort working in the field, including frequent local travel in and around Indore.
