Key Responsibilities

Research and write clear, accurate, and engaging content on financial topics such as investments, mutual funds, stock markets, insurance, and personal finance.
Develop SEO-optimized blogs, website content, emailers, and social media captions.
Collaborate with the marketing, SEO, and design teams to align content with brand tone and campaign goals.
Simplify technical or data-heavy financial concepts for general audiences.
Stay updated with finance trends, market news, and compliance guidelines.
Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and tone consistency.




Develop and execute content strategies for BFSI clients across digital platforms.
Manage and mentor a team of content writers, editors, and freelancers.
Create, review, edit, and approve content including blogs, website content, articles, social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and video scripts.
Ensure all content complies with BFSI regulations, legal guidelines, and brand standards.
Coordinate with clients to understand business objectives and content requirements.
Review content performance and optimize strategies based on analytics and engagement metrics.
Implement quality control processes to ensure consistency across all deliverables.

Qualifications

4 years of experience in content writing, editing, or content management.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing a content team.
Prior experience creating content for Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), FinTech, NBFC, or Investment sectors is mandatory.
