Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through online research, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Pitch influencer marketing services to prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.
Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable influencer marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain robust relationships with potential and existing clients.
Coordinate with the influencer marketing team to prepare campaign proposals and quotations.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in the CRM.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution after deal closure.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Confidence in making sales calls and conducting client meetings.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Strong learning attitude with a target-driven mindset.
Good organizational and time management skills.
