Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Chennai. The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing current business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with individual and corporate clients, and driving sales of life insurance products. Daily activities include meeting prospective customers, understanding their financial needs, presenting suitable solutions,



and following up to close sales. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and supporting marketing initiatives to expand market presence. The Business Development Manager is expected to meet defined targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
