Role Description The Head of Retail Sales / Director of Sales will lead the development and execution of retail sales strategy, focusing on driving revenue growth and expanding wrrk.ai’s presence in the retail sector. This part time remote role includes overseeing sales planning, setting targets, and managing key retail accounts and partnerships. The role involves building and mentoring a sales team,
designing sales processes tailored to retail customers, and collaborating with product and marketing to align offerings with market needs. The leader will analyze performance metrics, optimize sales funnels, and ensure exceptional customer service and long-term client relationships. Regular responsibilities include forecasting, pipeline management, and representing wrrk.ai in retail industry conversations and opportunities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Retail Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, forecasting performance, and informing strategic decisions.
Proven experience in Team Management, including coaching, goal setting, and performance oversight.
Commitment to high-quality Customer Service and relationship management with retail clients.
Experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales,
