Lead Intake Manager – US & Canada Real Estate (Night Shift in India)

This is not a typical call center role. You are the first point of contact for North American homeowners considering selling their property, acting as the primary gatekeeper of our deal flow.

What You’ll Do
Speed to Lead: Respond to incoming Meta, SEO, and Google Business leads within 3 minutes or less.
The Discovery: Execute empathy-led qualification calls using the 4 Pillars: Motivation, Timeline, Condition, and Price.
The Hand-Off: Qualify high-intent leads, log accurate data into the CRM, and schedule appointments for our acquisitions team.
Nurture: Manage long-term follow-up sequences via SMS and email.

Capable of building trust with distressed homeowners within 30 seconds.
System-Disciplined: Meticulous with CRM logging and lead tracking.

Experience: Proven track record in international voice processes or inside sales.
