Role Overview
We are seeking a young and agile Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple Dynamics 365 CRM and non CRM portfolios, driving excellence in execution, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The ideal candidate brings a consulting mindset, strong delivery governance, and a proven ability to balance strategy with execution — having led implementations for at least 1 large enterprises or 3 mid-scale/startup organizations .
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects across diverse geographies and industries.




Drive project governance , ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with scope, quality, and compliance parameters.
Manage multi-project portfolios , balancing customer priorities, delivery milestones, and team bandwidth.
Provide strategic direction to project managers, technical leads, and consultants — ensuring best practices and standardized frameworks are followed.
Serve as primary client interface , owning stakeholder communication, risk management, and escalation handling.
