Job Summary
MNR University is looking for a responsible, accurate and detail-oriented Accountant & Cashier to manage day-to-day accounting activities, cash transactions, fee collections, banking transactions and financial records.
The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, Tally , cash handling and reconciliation, with the ability to maintain accurate financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts using accounting software/Tally.
- Record receipts, payments, journal and contra entries.
- Handle daily cash receipts, payments, deposits and petty cash.
- Maintain the cash book, ledgers and supporting accounting records.
