We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to who can help us in estimation, BOQ preparation, tender documentation, and quantity management across architectural and interior design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in accordance with design specifications.
- Prepare accurate technical specifications for tender documents.
- Ensure correct quantity estimation in accordance with the Letter of Agreement (LOA).
- Review design requirements and translate them into accurate quantities, estimates, and tender documentation.
- Support the preparation and review of tender documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Provide timely and proactive support to internal customers at all levels in relation to estimation, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
