About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, fluent English-speaking and highly driven Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive who can convert qualified leads into appointments and sales opportunities .
This is not a random-data calling role . The candidate will be provided with precise, relevant and structured lead data and will be expected to proactively follow up, understand customer requirements, build relationships and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to qualified and relevant leads provided by the company.
- Understand customer requirements and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule site visits, consultations or meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and lead status.
- Work towards defined monthly calling,



appointment and conversion targets .
- Build a solid sales pipeline through disciplined follow-up.
- Coordinate with the design and sales team to move qualified prospects forward.
- Take ownership of leads and ensure no genuine opportunity is missed.

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales / telecalling experience.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills .
- Strong confidence and persuasion abilities.
- A go-getter attitude — someone who is comfortable making calls and does not hesitate to follow up repeatedly.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and dedicated towards achieving targets.
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Interior Design, EdTech, B2C Sales , or another target-driven sales environment is preferred.
- Candidates with a strong track record in any sales industry are welcome.
