Role Description The Campus Service Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and coordinating Healix Technologies’ engagement with educational institutions and campus partners. On a day-to-day basis, the representative responds to inquiries from students, faculty, and administrators, provides information on programs and services, and ensures timely resolution of campus-related requests.



The role involves scheduling and coordinating virtual sessions, maintaining accurate records of campus interactions, and following up on ongoing initiatives or support tickets. The representative collaborates with internal teams to relay campus feedback, assist with outreach campaigns, and contribute to a positive and consistent service experience for all stakeholders. This position requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
