About the Role -
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Billing to oversee billing, quantity verification, reconciliation, contractor/vendor payments and commercial documentation for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in construction billing, rate analysis, BOQ, BBS, contracts and reconciliation , with sound knowledge of applicable IS Codes.
Key Responsibilities -
- Control, review and verify contractor/vendor bills to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved BOQs, work orders and contractual terms.
- Verify billed quantities against actual executed quantities and ensure accurate quantities are considered for payments to SC/PRW/contractors .
- Review and reconcile billed quantities vs. quantities paid to identify discrepancies and prevent overbilling.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of materials received, consumed and accounted for at project sites.
- Prepare and review RA Bills, Final Bills, Material Reconciliation Statements and Quantity Reconciliation Statements .
- Verify measurements, MBs, site records and supporting documents before processing bills.
- Coordinate with Project, QS, Contracts, Procurement, Finance and Site teams for timely bill certification and
