Codexaon is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Interns to join our remote team. This internship provides practical experience in lead generation, sales, customer communication, follow-ups, and business development within the EdTech and skilled certification industry.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social media, email, and other channels.
Contact potential students and customers through calls and messages.
Explain Codexaon's courses, internships, training programs, and certifications.
Follow up with interested leads.
Maintain lead and follow-up records in Google Sheets/CRM.
Support online sales and marketing campaigns.
Identify potential college and business partnership opportunities.
Participate in virtual team meetings.
Work toward assigned weekly and monthly targets.
Eligibility
Students, freshers, and recent graduates can apply.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel.
Interest in sales, marketing, or business development.
Comfortable communicating through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Prior experience is not mandatory.
Stipend & Incentives
₹5,000/month fixed stipend
Performance-based incentives may also be provided for successful conversions and achievement of targets.
