Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rewa. This position is responsible for managing key customer accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring timely resolution of client requests and concerns. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, monitoring account performance, and preparing basic reports for internal teams and clients.



The Account Manager will collaborate with sales, production, and logistics to align customer needs with operational capabilities and support customer retention. The role also involves identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts, supporting invoicing and payment follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in company systems.
Qualifications
Ability to manage customer relationships, handle inquiries professionally, and provide consistent account support.
