Role Description The Field Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves visiting prospective and existing customers to present solar and other renewable energy solutions, conducting site visits, and explaining product and service advantages. The specialist will generate leads through field activities, local networking, and follow-ups, and manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions in the sales system, coordinating with internal teams on proposals and pricing, and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also includes meeting defined sales targets, reporting market feedback to management, and representing the company professionally in all customer and partner interactions.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, explain technical concepts clearly, and support customers throughout the sales process.
Candidates should possess proven Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and convert leads into successful installations.
